Position Description =
1. Capable of being the "Lead" Electrical Discipline Engineer on small to medium project (level V) to large project (Level VI).
- Responsible for developing and maintaining discipline schedule or input as required to the overall schedule.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining discipline budgets and updating the overall project as required.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a list of all discipline deliverables as required to the overall schedule and
updating the status and % complete of each deliverable on a regular basis.
- Capable of interdisciplinary coordination for the project as required.
2. Capable of generating One Line diagrams or updating existing One Line diagrams as required for the project.
3. Capable of generating motor control center and switchgear specifications as required for the project.
4. Capable of generating motor control center and switchgear elevations dwgs for bid as required.
5. Develop and maintain a detailed Cable and Conduit schedule for the project.
6. Direct the develop cable tray and conduit plan drawings for the project.
7. calculate tray fill requirements for the project.
8. Direct the development of Lighting and grounding plans for the project.
9. Capable of designing UPS and 24 Volt power distribution systems as required for the project.
10. Capable of using SKM or similar power distribution software as required.
11. Capable of generating any electrical block diagrams as required for the project.
12. Capable of generating Area Classification drawings as required for the project.
13. Directing the development of panel distribution schedules.
14. Capable of generating electrical interconnect wiring diagrams for the project.
15. Directing the development of all electrical Bill-of-Materials and MTO lists.
16. Capable of doing or directing all required Electrical calculations
17. Capable of supporting Commissioning and Startup activities as required for the project.

commissioning of Yokogawa instrument and control issues. - Interface with vendors to resolve Yokogawa instrument and control issues.
- Manage interfaces with other discipline teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting serial communications TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC.
- Instrument and controls engineering technical knowledge BE or similar.
- Instrument and controls design work experience in supervisory role.
- Instrument and controls construction and commissioning experience.
- Technical knowledge on control and safety systems with prior experience of configuring the systems and managing
work by contractor’s personnel. - Preferable to have Yokogawa Centium and/or Prosafe knowledge.
- Preferable to have Modbus knowledge.
