    5%       Light software testing.
    40%      Final assembly testing and Calibration of custom networked device.
    30%      Provisioning custom networked device
Education & Certifications
  • Certifications (e.g. Microsoft A+ MCP or MCSE) are a big plus.
  • Server software include Microsoft / Linux
  • Routers and switches are Cisco
  • “Vyatta open networking system” and “Open VPN” a must
  • Admin Scripting / Programming skills a plus:
  • Experience with Software Testing &Validation a Plus

Position Title = IT Systems Administrator
Years Experience Required =  5-7 Years
Position Description = Contract, full-time Position. Salary DOE.
5 to 7 years experience in the specified labor category . All years must dedicated to the labor category
Clearance: able to attain an Interim Secret Clearance to start
Travel:  No
DOD 8570 Certification required prior to start date.
No direct communication with the regional managers.
Required Skillset =
    - Familiarity with the protocols of working in a DoD environment
    - Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
    - Ability to manage projects and complex requests
    - Ability to mentor/train less senior technicians
    - Ability to work under pressure
    - Ability to work independently
    - Experience providing reports to Sr. level management
At least 5-10 years performing systems administration in a distributed or centralized IT environment. Experience in the
following areas recommended: Backups, IAVA Patching, Antivirus, Exchange, VM Ware, SAN storage.

Travel:  Yes (very little; one to two times per year)
DOD 8570 Certification prior to employment
There is to be no direct communication with the regional managers.
 Required Skillset:
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Excellent problem solving skills.
    • General knowledge of computer technology and / or enterprise environments.
    • Security Clearance (Must be able to obtain a clearance at the SECRET level).
    • Security+ Certification (Must be able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment).
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Provide user account and password administration for numerous applications and systems in large enterprise
    environment, utilizing web based identity management system.
    • Create, delete, enable, disable change passwords and  provision access on user accounts of internal/external
    resources.
    • Proactive participation in bi-weekly administration meetings.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced team environment.
    • Will require rotational on-call duty.
    • Some travel required.
