Position Title = Foundry Process Engineer
Education Required = BS Engineering preferred
Experience Required =
- Knowledge of foundry and machining processes
- Basic engineering skills (i.e. math, structural, and analytical)  
- 3-5 years foundry experience is a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities =
- Coordinate and delegate responsibilities for process engineering projects
- Process samples through the Foundry, document how they were run, & expedite them through the system to completion
- Assist in developing and monitoring plant and equipment improvement project
- Calculate and set up gating & risering systems and document both standard product line and commercial castings
- Assist in the evaluation of equipment for acquisition. replacement. utilization and development
- Assist in the plant and equipment layout
- Assist in the development and application of standard data for cost purposes
- Assist in the engineering, estimating, sales and QA with manufacturing process recommendations
- Assist in the research and development of new manufacturing processes
- Analyze and manage Scrap Reduction programs
- Assist in the design and development of manufacturing processes for new products
- Assist in the evaluation of new tooling
- Assist in the estimating of times and methods for quotation purposes
- Develop and maintain statistical process controls for the foundry sand and melt processes
- Adhere to all safety and health standards
Knowledge and Skills =
- Ability to communicate with shop floor personnel, Manufacturing and Engineering dept
- Basic computer skills - Excel Word, Access, Projects, Power Point etc.
- Good telephone skills
- Interpret customer specifications, read blueprints including machining and foundry
- Leadership/supervisory skills
- Ability to write and present proposals to management for systems/Capital Investment
- Knowledge of basic cost analysis techniques, time measurement, motion and methods
- Understanding of Quality assurance concepts including continuous improvement. SPC and ISO 9000
- Knowledge of foundry processes
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 documentation requirements
- Ability to operate validification modeling software

Position Description = A worldwide manufacturer of disposal contact lens is seeking a Senior Micro-Technology Development
Engineer, whose responsibilities include helping develop and apply the science in designing, handling and manufacturing of
micro-devices.
This position requires a wide diversity of technical knowledge, which will be applied in developing key micro technologies. The
individual’s expertise will allow the development team to design and test new equipment prototype devices and products,
ensure that prototype equipment devices meets all company specifications and guidelines from the design to product start-
up, and help develop core competencies around key technology enablers which will allow for the design, assembly and test
of micro devices in a timely and efficient manner.
Experience assembling high tolerance precision devices is required. Experience in the Medical-Device industry is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize is required. The Senior Micro-
Technology Development Engineer must be an advocate for continuous improvement and will possess excellent interpersonal
and written communication skills. The candidate must be highly experienced in Micro-Assembly and Micro-Automation. They
must be able to design, build and test Micro-Technological products. The candidate will be working on product and
technological concepts on a daily basis. They will be developing complex and dynamic solutions in the area of Micro-
Technology. Pharmaceutical experience is required.

Position Title = Cylinder Operations Engineer

•Relevant work experience in fill plant operations
•Knowledge of technical codes (ASTM, ASME, NFPA).

Responsibilities =
Projects:
•Act as Project Manager for selected technical safety, OPAL and QMS projects.
•Develop and communicate accurate cost, scope and schedule.
•Manage project resources, including contractors and field service personnel.
•Design Review and Validation
•Act as Project Manager and/or Project Engineering for new engineered systems.
•Assist with the implementation and refinement of the Design Review and Validation process within ALA LP.
•Regulations & Guidelines:
•Assist with developing technical and operations solutions to regulatory, safety and quality issues.
•Assist and participate in Risk Management activities.
•Lead efforts to implement QMS efforts in the field, with a focus on Design Validation and Testing, Risk Management,
Management of Change and Maintenance Management.
Audits:
•Conduct site audits to measure plant compliance with QMS and other local, State, and Federal
•Lead efforts to resolve issues identified during QMS audits.
•Assist in development of technical training for operations, administrative and sales personnel
Plant Support
•Support Zone efforts with regard to regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency by:
•Identifying, costing, proposing and managing the completion of solutions to these issues.
•Assuring that the Management of Change process is followed and that the appropriate job plans are implemented in the
CMMS system.
•Support Fill Plant Managers with the completion of the maintenance of major equipment by assisting with costing,
management of maintenance contractors, etc.
•Support Zone Managers by leading efforts to determine capital improvement needs within Zone.
•Support Fill Plant Managers with unplanned maintenance problems and reliability issues, which may include:
•Finding short and mid term solutions to equipment outages.
•Leading investigations into the equipment failure.

Education Required = Technical or Other Appropriate Degree
Experience Required =  From 5 to 10 years of recent and successful experience in development and promotion of utility size
wind parks.

Objectives =
1). - Objectives
    1.1. - North American (NA) office goals: year 1
        Acquire/develop minority ownership in 300MW nominal. (Each MW in operation x 0.1 / Each MW in the pipeline x 0.3 /
Each MW in advanced stage with everything but the EPC and the financing x 0.6 / Greenfield x 1.0). Each MW from this
objective earns 0.25 bonus points.            
     1.2. - NA office goals: year 2-3+
           1.2.1. - Manage application of Company design, engineering and technical expertise to develop projects.
           1.2.2. - As projects mature, expand Company’ stake in projects acquired in year 1.
           1.2.3. - Continue to expand Company' long-term presence in NA through acquisition and development.
           1.2.4. - Manage overall NA operations.

Functions &
Responsibilities =
2.1. - Program and perform all the required functions to reach the established objectives.  
     2.2. - Establish Company as a profitable, growing, reputable, long-term player in NA renewable energy markets.
     2.3. - Open office in San Francisco. Manage expansion of Company' presence through hiring/managing staff, company
promotion, relationship development, etc;
     2.4. - Provide Company with access to available NA resources for projects in Spain and elsewhere, including project
financing, wind turbines, other expertise.
     2.5. - Travel as required; Quarterly 1-week management meetings in Spain and/or in San Francisco.
Compensation = Salary - Above the present market level. Special bonuses based on meeting company objectives, annual
bonus, health plan, and expense account.
