Position Title = Sales and Customer Support Specialist
Education = 2+ years college
Experience Required =
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a sales and/or customer service environment
  • Fully bilingual: English and Spanish, reading, writing and fluent conversation a plus

Position Description = This position provides customers with a variety of sales and customer support services, orders, plus
providing technical literature and product brochures, primarily in North, Central and South America.  This includes preparation
of quotes, processing orders, etc.
Additional tasks include coordinating field service trips in Latin America and assisting Latin America representatives with
requests for information.

Position Description = The role of the sales support manager is to provide a superior level of support to the outside sales
force as well as overseas companies and representatives. This position will also lead a small team of sales support
representatives and act as liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, Customer Service and other departments to insure
customer needs are met.
Duties and Tasks
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by supporting the sales force via telephone, e-mail or in person.
  • Daily communications with sales managers regarding quotes, order status, payment status, deliveries and any
    pending issues.
  • Create and manage quotations process based upon sales managers input.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Production, Engineering and Customer service.
  • Prepare reports and other statistics to support the sales managers and keep our sales database current.
  • Maintain and enhance processes related to sales and sales support

Education Required = Bachelors degree in a business or technical discipline.  
Experience Required =. Five years of inside or outside sales experience associated with a manufacturer of engineered
products.  Exposure and general understanding of manufacturing and operational processes.  Experience with the
implementation and use of corporate order management and customer relationship management (CRM) software.  
Demonstrated skills in the use of spreadsheet and database software.  
Position Description = Provide leadership to the Inside Sales team, plus support customers and internal stakeholders
regarding sales order issues.  Provide support to the company on a variety of sales administration needs.  Provide

Position Description = Searching for a Sales Manager who is a driven, experienced, entrepreneurial leader with
demonstrated sales skills to direct and manage sales activities for Ignition & Emission Control. The Sales Manager is
responsible for sales and gross profit contribution, communicating market needs related to product development, supporting
customer field service; including technical and product management function support in the United States and Canada.  The
candidate should possess leadership qualities needed to analyze management reports while acting as the primarily driver to
achieve sales results, through direct sales and support of our internal sales team as well as well as our independent
external distributors.

Position Title = Outside Sales

Experience Required = 5 to 15 years of outside B to B sales over a one or two state territory involving long sales cycles.
Position Description = We are looking for an Outside Salesperson with solid sales to industrial accounts who's hungry to
grow in compensation and responsibilities.
The position of outside sales representative involves very heavy prospecting.  They sell pressure sensitive labels/solutions to
the durable goods market.  We need someone who can do consultative selling similar to the sale in printing or a related
industries such as packaging or folding cartons that have a long sale cycle of 18 months.  
The salesperson must be able to multi task as given the long sale cycle they have to be able to have many projects going at
a time.  Since they are selling a more technical solution, the person needs to have the ability to handle a technical application
and be good at listening to uncover the issues so that the inside technical staff can recommend solutions.
