Required Skillset:
PC tech – Desktop hardware/software support.  Experience troubleshooting Lexmark printers a plus.
For telcom skillsets:
- Basic knowledge of telco premise wiring:  from telephone block to patch panel to desk and from switch to patch panel to
desk.
- Skilled in punching down telephone cables from service provider telephone block to Corps telephone block
- Troubleshooting skills:  ability to test/trace wiring, able to rectify problems on their own accord (changing labels, etc.), work
with DOIM and/or JHITS with resolving issues.
- Ability to offer possible COAs to help rectify problems.
- able to log & track pending actions from Remedy, DOIM, etc.
- able to build, log, and maintain a list of assigned phone numbers, names, port numbers, features via the TCO system or
some other APPROVED system
- follow up with DOIM: requesting status/updates on LSRs.
- follow up with JHITS: requesting status/updates for service requests, etc.
Clearance: able to attain an Interim Secret Clearance to start

Job Title = Instrumentation & Electrical Supervisor
Education Required = High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
Job Description = This position is responsible for troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment in a safe, efficient, and
economic manner to achieve continuity of operations and maintenance excellence programs. Primary concentration is the
electrical and instrument maintenance activities. The I & E Supervisor directly supervises the maintenance technicians group.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Support organizational and facility goals and objectives.
  • Supervising work of maintenance crafts areas (Mechanical, I & E, Stores, etc.) and work of outside contractors,
    including preplanned, scheduled/unscheduled, and emergency work.
  • Manage direct reports including work activities, time utilization, continuous improvement, effectiveness, coaching and
    development, and performance management.
  • Accountable for safety-related activities including observations, inspections, training, and coaching; ensures fulfillment
    of company ORC initiatives and compliance with EHS, OSHA, and other internal/external procedures and policies,
    including housekeeping.
  • Maintain knowledge of plant systems and assist in solving issues to reduce maintenance costs and equipment
    downtime.
  • Communicate with production supervisors, maintenance planners, and other staff in planning and execution of
    maintenance work, including PMs, KPIs, work orders, etc.
  • Coordinate correct disposal of refuse, waste, and sale of surplus scrap.
  • Trouble-shoot I/E issues for all plant areas.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of plant maintenance experience; chemical industry experience preferred.
  • 4 years of experience supervising craft workers.
  • Instrumentation/Electrical experience required.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with all levels of organization.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills; the ability to organize and prioritize work are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
